Why riders take risks they don’t fully understand
Terrain park enthusiasts are statistically dominated by younger men under the age of 25 (Gen Z). Many are still developing their skills, and a large portion have limited or no experience. As a result, they often attempt features that exceed their ability. Most do not fully understand the interplay of speed, pop, takeoff angle, trajectory, and other factors that determine a controlled landing. Yet, they still attempt these jumps, increasing the possibility of personal injury.
The solution
Turning uncertainty into insight
Precision Approach helps riders make more informed decisions before every jump. Using LiDAR sensors and real-time visual feedback, our system measures approach speed, removes snow friction guesswork, and alerts riders when they’re outside a reasonably appropriate speed window. The result: more confidence and additional guidance to your decision making process.
Speed awareness
We alert riders with real time approach speed. It’s an abort warning tool that encourages caution to cut down on injuries.
Collision avoidance
LiDAR and A.I. technology are used to electronically show the status of the landing area to warn of a collision risk.
