The Service utilizes your device’s location services and Bluetooth capabilities to detect signal strength from designated Towers. This enables the generation and delivery of personalized video content captured via external Tower systems. By using the Service, you consent to the collection of precise geolocation data, Bluetooth signals, and video recordings. Disabling these features may limit functionality. Data is retained only as necessary to fulfill service requests and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content & Rights

Videos generated through the Service are stored securely and accessible exclusively via your account. You retain ownership of this content but grant Precision Approach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit videos solely for Service delivery. You may request deletion of videos at any time by contacting support. Unauthorized distribution of content or misuse of the Service may result in account termination.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is.” Precision Approach disclaims all warranties, including reliability of location detection, video quality, or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use. Partners are independent entities, and we assume no responsibility for their actions or data practices.

Termination & Amendments

Precision Approach reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity. We may modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction specified in our Privacy Policy, excluding conflict of law principles.
